JMZ Architects selected Terra5® terracotta and Swisspearl® fiber cement rainscreen panels for the Rome Campus Expansion.

The Academies of Loudoun, a design by Stantec, opened in August 2018 and sports a high-performance, low-maintenance Terra5 terracotta rainscreen facade.

U of WA Bill & Melinda Gates Center for Computer Science & Engineering

Students at the University of Washington have a new space to learn and grow their skills for the 21st century. Named in honor of Bill & Melinda Gates, this newest addition to the Paul G.

1255 22nd Street NW MTFA Architecture Terra5 Rainscreen TC18

MTFA Architecture designed a new condominium on 22nd Street, NW in Washington, DC. Two colors and four different tiles were incorporated to create a stunning new addition to the neighborhood.

Cupertino High School – Cupertino, CA

Quattrocchi Kwok Architects of Santa Rosa designed a new student center for Cupertino High School featuring a Terra5 Sunscreen.  The 5,000 linear feet of terra-cotta sunscreen addresses the building’s energy concerns.

Bridgewater State Science Math – Bridgewater, MA with Cladding Corp

Payette Architects of Boston have created an award winning building on the campus of Bridgewater State.  The reclad and addition to the Science and Math Center used Swisspearl® fiber cement panels and terra-cotta baguette sunscreens.

UMASS Lowell Parking Garage – Lowell, MA with Cladding Corp

UMASS Lowell’s new Parking Garage was designed by bertaux + iwerks architects of Boston.  The architects selected Terra5 terra-cotta Rainscreen in a brown through-body panel.

SUNY Fredonia – LoGrasso Hall – Fredonia, NY

Bell & Spina designed a terracotta rainscreen project for SUNY Fredonia’s LoGrasso Hall incorporating Terra5 panels and baguettes.  Groove panels and varying panel heights added to the facade’s beauty.

Ware Fine Arts Center – Lincoln University, PA

The featured wall for this new addition to Lincoln University’s performing arts center used a Terra5 terracotta rainscreen.  AP3C Architects was the designer.

Miramar College Service Center – San Diego, CA

Terra5 was a natural choice for GKK Works of San Diego for the new Miramar College Service Center.  The terracotta rainscreen added warmth and was the featured architectural facade material.

Northeast Iowa Community College – Calmar, IA

NICC’s new student center / dining hall addition used a Terra5 terracotta rainscreen to tie the rest of the brick campus into a new modern look.  The F1.45 made for an efficient installation.

UC Davis Student Center – Davis, CA
Going for the Gold!  BAR Architects of San Francisco designed the new UC Davis Student Center featuring Terra5 Rainscreen. The project, which sits in the heart of the campus, is seeking LEED Gold certification.
 
Andrew H. Wilson School – New Orleans, LA

On track for a LEED Gold certification, installation is now complete on the historic Wilson School in New Orleans, complete with Terra5 feature cladding.  HMS Architects of New Orleans were the architects of record.

Energy Architects of Houston selected Terra5 TC18 for the Parc Binz medical offices and destination retail building.  The red terra-cotta rainscreen created warmth for this contemporary mid-rise building in Houston.

The Crossroads Office Terra5 by Cladding Corp

Open Studio Architects selected Terra5 terra-cotta panels to reclad The Crossroads Office building in San Diego.  The base of the building used a dark grey Terra5 panel and the upper levels of the building had an ACM system.
