200 Fillmore Street - Denver, CO

200 Fillmore, located in Denver’s Cherry Creek North district, was revitalized by 4240 Architecture Inc. as part of the neighborhood’s rapid transformation. The project earned the 2006 Building Design + Construction Silver Reconstruction Award and was featured in Architectural Record for its innovative rainscreen cladding system. Designed to balance pressure differentials across the facade, the system enhances energy efficiency and long-term cladding performance. The modernized facade repositions the building as a high-value office destination and architectural anchor in the area’s continued growth.
