CSD Two Interconnected Middle Schools - Dover, DE

This project features two interconnected middle schools—the School of Excellence and the School of Innovation—on a shared 238,669 SF campus accommodating 1,600 students. Located on the former Dover High School site, the design includes shared facilities such as a gym, auditorium, cafeteria, and mechanical plant, maximizing space and cost-efficiency.

Designed by Becker Morgan Group with community input, the schools support modern educational needs with flexible learning spaces. Site improvements include updated traffic patterns, athletic fields, and stormwater management for safety and functionality.
