Half and N Streets SE - Washington DC

The mixed use development known as Half and N Streets SE is a new retail development located at Half and N Streets SE in Washington, DC. MV+A along with Jair Lynch and MacFarlane Partners are working on this expansive project that encompasses the retail space, restaurants, and entertainment venues across N Street from the main entrance to Nationals Ball Park, home of the Washington Nationals baseball team. A Swisspearl fiber cement rainscreen design was selected to enhance the modern appeal of this retail-orientated building. The maintenance-free characteristics of the Swisspearl façade are especially appealing in this urban pedestrian environment.
