Jewish Residential Services - Pittsburgh, PA
Forty Eighty Architecture was hired to design Squirrel Hill Gateway Lofts at the intersection of Murray Avenue and Forward Avenue in Pittsburgh.
The project is a six-story structure consisting of semi-assisted living apartments and office space for the Jewish Residential Services.  There are a total of 33 units with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.  The Swisspearl® fiber cement panels we installed vertically, using ECO Cladding subframing to create the building's convex shape.  The architects used a few different color Swisspearl® panels to add to the exterior aesthetic for this building's design.
