Boston-based Payette Associates designed the Brandeis Science Center Complex, located in the heart of the campus, the Science Center inspires all visitors, students and professors at this academic institution.
The Design Alliance of Pittsburgh was one of the first to design a Swisspearl® fiber cement rainscreen building in Pittsburgh. Located in the growing “East Side” of Pittsburgh, the Watson Institute incorporated fiber cement panels and brick facade.
Payette Associates of Boston and Mosiac Associates Architecture of Troy designed the new Science Center at Hudson Valley Community College with a fiber cement rainscreen façade. Swisspearl® panels were one of the featured facade materials.
UMASS Lowell’s new Parking Garage was designed by bertaux + iwerks architects of Boston. The architects selected Terra5 terra-cotta Rainscreen in a brown through-body panel. The exterior of the building and the interior stairwells were cladded in these panels.
EYP Architecture & Engineering has completed one of the most advanced stone rainscreen projects in the USA at SUNY Maritime College. Sitting at the end of the Bronx, the stone façade and precast was designed using Cladding Corp’s PLUS5 attachment systems.
Tappe Associates of Boston used a PLUS5 rain screen clip system to address the new Maynard High School’s stone Rainscreen façade. The clips were custom designed for this project and coated to match other trim sections of the building.
S/L/A/M Collaborative of Hartford designed the Gilmartin Elementary School in Waterbury. Cem5 fiber cement panels are often used on educational projects because of the products’ excellent maintenance performance.
Heimbold Visual Arts Center at Sarah Lawrence College was designed by Ennead of New York. The building used Swisspearl® panels in slender planks – complemented with metal panels, stone and glass – to foster an esthetically pleasing performance center.
VMDO Architects of Charlottesville, VA selected Cem5 fibercement rainscreen as part of the overall facade to create the beautiful new Buckingham County Primary and Elementary School.
Baker Nowicki Design Studio designed the new Technology Magnet School in Escondido, CA called Del Lago Academy. Ceramic5 in two colors were used incorporating a visible clip attachment system. The 19,000 square feet of ceramic tiles were in the large format 24"x48" size.
