David Baker & Associates used Cem5 shingles to create an inspiring facade for 888 Seventh Street Condominiums. Using three different red colored 1 x 2 foot shingles, the design has created an elegant fish scale pattern.

Washington DC has a new building added to the NOMA skyline with Cooper Carry’s new design for Capital Square Hyatt Place. The iconic building features a variety of red and grey panels with 15,000 square feet of Cem5 cement composite.
The Market at O Street in Washington, DC was designed by Shalom Baranes Associates. An exposed rivet system (F2.10) was incorporated into the design of this fiber cement façade. The new rainscreen building is a local favorite.

HKS – San Francisco designed Potrero Launch using Terra5 terracotta rainscreen. The new housing project used the terracotta panels along side bold window units to create a striking facade.
North 42 used HPL rainscreen panels to a give new look to the campus housing apartments. The Plus5 bracket system attached directly back into the existing wall.
Selldorf Architects of New York City used Concrete5 to create a sleek new 15,000sf residence. The base of the building is fiber concrete panels.
Manhattan’s Upper EastSide new luxury building called The Isis Condominums was designed by FXFowle. The 28,000 square foot HPL rainscreen used the Plus5 attachment system.
When GMB Architects was hired to design the first LEED Gold Certified Hotel in the Midwest, they selected Terra5. CityFlats Hotel in Holland, Michigan is the happiest hotel in the happiest city in America and it is very GREEN.
The new reclad of Pacific Palisades was a perfect choice of a Terra5 rainscreen. Keith Panel Systems installed this 30,000 square foot terracotta project. The project was completed in 2012.
The Four Diamond Award winning hotel is also an educational experience. OPN Architects of Cedar Rapid design a Euro-chic hotel with sustainable features. Terra5 terracotta rainscreen was the featured facade material.
