UMASS Lowell’s new Parking Garage was designed by bertaux + iwerks architects of Boston. The architects selected Terra5 terra-cotta Rainscreen in a brown through-body panel.
EYP Architecture & Engineering has completed one of the most advanced stone rainscreen projects in the USA at SUNY Maritime College.
Tappe Associates of Boston used a PLUS5 rain screen clip system to address the new Maynard High School’s stone Rainscreen façade. The clips were custom designed for this project and coated to match other trim sections of the building.
S/L/A/M Collaborative of Hartford designed the Gilmartin Elementary School in Waterbury. Cem5 fiber cement panels are often used on educational projects because of the products’ excellent maintenance performance.
Heimbold Visual Arts Center at Sarah Lawrence College was designed by Ennead of New York.
VMDO Architects of Charlottesville, VA selected Cem5 fibercement rainscreen as part of the overall facade to create the beautiful new Buckingham County Primary and Elementary School.
Baker Nowicki Design Studio designed the new Technology Magnet School in Escondido, CA called Del Lago Academy. Ceramic5 in two colors were used incorporating a visible clip attachment system.
Bell & Spina designed a terracotta rainscreen project for SUNY Fredonia’s LoGrasso Hall incorporating Terra5 panels and baguettes. Groove panels and varying panel heights added to the facade’s beauty.
S/L/A/M Collaborative of Hartford designed the Horizon Center/ESPN Childcare in Bristol, Connecticut. Using four Swisspearl® colors, four distinct building sections were created for this childcare facility.
Shady Hill School hired Machado and Silvetti to design the campus’ sport facility. Vertical and horizontal Swisspearl® fiber cement panels were incorporated into the design. The vertical panels have a unique shiplap design element.
The Child Day Care Center at Lehman College (SUNY) used Swisspearl® fiber cement panels in a vertical layout and featured a variety of different colors. The building was designed by Garrison Architects.
Stantec of Plano, TX has created another amazing facility for students. The state-of-the art academy features many “green” products and utilizes a Cem5 fiber cement interior / exterior wall application.
Roger Ferris + Partners of Westport, CT used a white Cem5 panel system and an HPL wood grain to create warm and crisp lines for KLHT School.
