Cladding Corp is pleased to announce that the renovation of the City of Greenwood Village Public Works and Parks project is complete.  Awarded the American Public Works Association’s 2020 Award for Structures in a Small Community, this project boasts a timelessly modern Terra5 TC24 terracotta rainscreen facade. 

The new Parks and Planning headquarters in Wheaton, MD is complete with an energy-efficient Swisspearl® fiber cement rainscreen facade. One of the first government buildings in the state of Maryland to be LEED Platinum-certified, this project boasts a strikingly dramatic example of Swisspearl's extensive color lines.

NOBILIS is one of Swisspearl's most economical, large-format fiber cement panel color series. Cladding Corp is pleased to announce that we have samples of some of the updated colors of the NOBLIS color series now available. With a translucent, lightly pigmented surface, Swisspearl is pleased to launch new colors for the NOBILIS Series, allowing the natural fiber cement texture to show through with natural beauty and elegance. The new colors are characterized by smooth tones of gray, finely coordinated with each other.

Boulder's happening 29th Street now offers a striking hotel option, as the 28th and Canyon Embassy Suites has opened just around the corner. Boasting an engineered Ceramic5 cladding system, this new hotel required a unique solution for its high-traffic performance needs.

Get to know the newest offering from Swisspearl®, VINTAGO. VINTAGO is a through body colored fiber cement panel with a sanded surface.  The sanding process uses a coarse grit which creates a natural, raw surface that hightlights the original purity of Swisspearl® fiber cement panels. In an interplay between light and shadow, characteristic irregularities and nuances in tone accenturate the uniqueness of each panel.

MTFA Architecture redesigned an existing office building into a high quality residential condominium building on 22nd Street, NW in Washington, DC. Two colors and four different tiles were incorporated to create an head-turning new addition to the neighborhood.
