Another project inching close to the finish line...Revolution Labs, a new 180,000 square-foot life sciences building in Lexington, MA. Cladding Corp provided Swisspearl fiber cement panels for the exterior facade for this installation. The project is designed for the benefit of the end-user; offering a superior work environment including full lab infrastructure with extended clear heights, covered parking with a solar canopy, and electric vehicle charging stations. 

Swisspearl updated its REFLEX collection! REFLEX provides a metallic surface panel without the fire safety risks associated with traditional composite metal products. Coupled with a non-combustible subframing system from ECO Cladding, REFLEX panels offer no NFPA 285 triggers.

New for 2022! Ceramic5 Timber Series. Ceramic5 is a single-source porcelain rainscreen solution that incorporates rainscreen design principles and offers through-colored ceramic panels in a diverse range of colors and format sizes, engineered for project-specific criteria.

TERRA, the newest large-size fiber cement panel from Swisspearl is reminiscent of the earth tones found in nature. TERRA is a grey-based fiber cement panel with a translucent, strongly pigmented coating. The finely coordinated colors are reminiscent of earth tones. TERRA provides a new option for modern rainscreen facades to have an earthy, warm look.

107 Forbes is a most memorable example of a rainscreen renovation done right!  For this showcase before/after installation, the design team at GRID Architects transformed a small-scale commercial building along Rowe Boulevard using Swisspearl's REFLEX series, installed in a unique 'fish scale' dutch lap application.

Flynn Battaglia Architects has delivered an award-winning renovation of the SUNY Cortland Park Recreation Center.  The project has become a leading multi-panel example of exterior rainscreen at its finest - featuring a custom fabricated Swisspearl fiber cement facade, along with complimentary terracotta and ACM rainscreen cladding features.

We're excited to announce the energy-efficient design transformation that is currently taking place on Dartmouth's campus using Terra5 Terracotta panels. With a growing number of design firms joining the AIA's 2030 Commitment, we're seeing an increase of renovation and reclad projects that have ambitious energy performance goals.

McCormick & Company, Inc., manufacturer of flavors and spices, has a new sustainably-designed global headquarters in Hunt Valley, MD. The building is designed to reflect McCormicks's commitment to sustainability and is on target to be LEED Gold certified. One of the contributing factors to that certification is the energy-efficient exterior envelope and Terra5 terracotta rainscreen wall design.

Global pioneer in designing for the human experience Perkins Eastman partnered with Cladding Corp and Swisspearl for this 153-unit expansion at Ingleside at King Farm, a retirement community near Washington, D.C. Using large format shingle formats in three colors, the fiber cement rainscreen is a dramatic feature to offset the brick facade.
