Cladding Corp is pleased to announce that in January 2020, faculty, staff, and students at the University of Iowa were able to move into the newly completed Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences building.

The design team at Quinn Evans Architects (formerly BCWH) was tasked with creating a modern, energy-efficient rainscreen design for this Richmond-area library that still reflected this Virginia community’s vernacular architectural heritage.

We are pleased to announce that The Commons at Stanton Square, home to the non-profit organizations Martha's Table and Community of Hope, is highlighted in the Summer 2019 issue of ArchDC which is focuses on public and institutional projects. 

Get to know the newest offering from Swisspearl®, VINTAGO. VINTAGO is a through body colored fiber cement panel with a sanded surface.  The sanding process uses a coarse grit which creates a natural, raw surface that hightlights the original purity of Swisspearl® fiber cement panels. In an interplay between light and shadow, characteristic irregularities and nuances in tone accenturate the uniqueness of each panel.

MTFA Architecture redesigned an existing office building into a high quality residential condominium building on 22nd Street, NW in Washington, DC. Two colors and four different tiles were incorporated to create an head-turning new addition to the neighborhood.

One of Washington DC's newest mixed use projects, West End Square 50 is sounding off an alarm as winner of an AIA DC Chapter Award of Merit for 2018.  This uniquely designed project houses DC's Fire Station #1, sports Squash On Fire's club facilities and offers much needed and well appointed affordable housing for the District's West End.  This exciting project was featured on the cover of ArchDC's Fall issue.

TEXIAL's character underlines a natural, harmonic color spectrum. The delicate nuances of color and raw texture are a result of the mechanical embossing process which produces a facade panel with a vibrant interplay of light and shadow. TEXIAL is newest large size fiber cement panel from SWISSPEARL™  and is available in five natural colors. 

For the new 55,000 square foot facility known as "The Commons at Stanton Square" Cladding Corp provided a rainscreen solution incorporating CARAT and NOBILIS fiber cement panels from SWISSPEARL® and a VZ.10 rainscreen attachment system from partner company ECO Cladding.
